How can you help others?
You can also find out how to help others who may struggling with mental health and suicidal thoughts by completing the suicide awareness course on Derbyshire Learning online.
Have you thought about becoming a Mental Health First Aider? Mental health first aiders aren't counsellors and can't diagnose conditions or provide ongoing support but they can provide reassurance and support to colleagues who need it and be the bridge to getting the support that people may need.
You’ll receive training to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.
